Eldorado terra: At the Forefront of Agricultural and Forestry Investments in Brazil

Eldorado Terra is a strictly independent advisory firm focused exclusively on agribusiness assets.

With decades of experience in the sector, our team has not only advised on operations across multiple agribusiness segments but has also successfully invested in, developed, operated, and divested various significant sector assets.

Without straying from our roots, we take pride in our track record of successful transactions with both international and local investors.

The direct involvement of our partners in every aspect of each operation reflects our dedication and commitment to maximizing value for our clients. To achieve this, we conduct the entire process independently, with focus, dynamism, and transparency, enabling us to guide our clients in seizing the best opportunities.

Connecting owners, investors, operators, and developers is Eldorado Terra's expertise.

At Eldorado Terra, we recognize the importance of finding strategic and financial partners who share the same visions and objectives. Our commitment to identifying investors aligned with the needs of producers and landowners is crucial for the successful development of properties and agricultural and forestry enterprises.

Sourcing, conducting preliminary due diligence, negotiating, and managing vast forest areas in the Amazon region for sustainability/Carbon Credits projects is a significant distinction of the Eldorado Terra team.

We connect owners of large tracts of land in the Amazon with carbon project developers and investors interested in acquiring properties, aiming for returns on their investments and mitigation of their greenhouse gas emissions.

We advise our clients in M&A operations of agricultural and forestry companies and in the purchase and sale of cultivated or greenfield properties - agriculture, planted forests, and native woodlands.

We possess a comprehensive geographical understanding of the regions where we operate, along with in-depth knowledge of Brazilian environmental and land legislation. We also have a qualified network within the Brazilian agribusiness industry and among landowners. Above all, we value trust-based relationships and believe that our reputation is our most significant asset.

Our clients include:

On one side, investment funds and asset managers from both abroad and Brazil, family offices, agricultural product processing industries, as well as companies that develop conservation and forest restoration projects for carbon credit generation.

On the other, we serve owners of companies and large agricultural farms, as well as planted or native forests.

Those who trust in our work value a service with:

A comprehensive vision of agriculture, the forestry sector, and their investment opportunities.

Robust connections with the finance industry and with investors across Brazil, Europe, and North America, leveraging deep market insights and strategic financial partnerships.
